Sheila Swanson

Sheila is a highly experienced Human Resources and Business Management professional with over 25 years of executive-level leadership and guidance to organizational operations. She brings to PBI experience working for organizations in a variety of business and health service industries with a focus on business strategy, employee engagement, compensation philosophies, training and development and much more. She earned her Bachelor’s degree focused in Business Management and Human Resources with a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management. In her position at Polar Bears International she supports the Administration and Operations teams.

As a fourth generation Montanan, Sheila has grown to love the beauty of the world around her. She enjoys spending time exploring the mountains, fishing, camping, and just breathing in the nature around her. When she is not outside she loves to socialize with family and friends, playing games, crafting, and book clubs. She has raised her three children in the Gallatin Valley and has supported many of the nonprofit organizations in the area through volunteer work and board memberships. It is her mission to live a balanced life, serve her family well, make a difference in the lives of others, and empower the people around her to be the best in their communities and to leave this world a better place.
