Senior Manager of Administration and Board Relations
Jenn has built her career around mission-driven work and creating meaningful impact. After earning a degree in Public Communications from American University in Washington, D.C., she began her professional journey in service, completing two terms with AmeriCorps and AmeriCorps VISTA.
Before joining Polar Bears International, Jenn spent more than a decade with a regional nonprofit dedicated to 24-hour crisis intervention and mental health support. She also worked for several years at a research and design firm specializing in visual perception and cognition, gaining valuable experience at the intersection of human behavior, research, and innovation.
As Senior Manager of Administration and Board Relations at Polar Bears International, Jenn partners closely with the Board of Directors and Executive Director to provide strategic and operational support to the organization’s leadership. She plays a central role in fostering strong relationships, coordinating governance activities, and ensuring organizational operations run smoothly.
Based in Bozeman, Montana, Jenn enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her pets, and exploring the outdoors and adventures that Montana has to offer.
