Our Team Emily Ringer Director of Policy and Advocacy Emily received her B.A. from Tufts University and her Masters in Public Policy from Oregon State University. At Polar Bears International, Emily directs advocacy and policy initiatives, oversees campaign design, and manages print and digital communications. Emily sees policy as a critical pillar to upholding sustained progress in conservation and has a deep interest in the political, economic, and social factors that affect environmental regulations and laws. She grew up in Montana and now lives in Portland, Oregon.
