Project Outline

-Objective
Our main goal is to inform and encourage our community about going green.

Projects
-We're going to do this by handing out compact fluorescent light bulbs, green brochures, buttons, and other green solutions at school functions and going door to door.

-Biofuel Geo
We also are looking to purchase a used Geo Metro and converting the car to a biofuel powered vehicle. We will be talking to a local restaurant owner about receiving their cooking oil to use as fuel. The car will be an educational and promotional tool.

-Totes
We want to emphasize the importance of eliminating plastic and paper bags from our garbage. We are going to design totes and sell them at school functions (possibly work in a discount at local grocery stores for using them).

-Website and Measurement
We will post videos, pictures, etc. of what we are doing, along with measuring the number of totes sold, gallons saved, products bought, etc.
